Newcross Exploration and Production Limited (NewcrossEP) is an independent domestic oil and gas exploration and production company based in Nigeria. In 2013, NewcrossEP acquired a 45% participating interest in OML24 which covers an area of 162 Sq.km. It is located onshore in the western Nigeria Delta, about 40km South-West of Port Harcourt. The business is based on a home-grown approach to deliver value to all our key stakeholders. Newcross Petroleum Limited (NAL), is an emerging indigenous company with investment and operating interests in the Nigerian oil and gas industry. Pan Ocean

Pan Ocean is one of the first domestic oil and gas producing companies in Nigeria and is building a fully integrated energy business driven by strategic partnerships, technical competence, sustainability and regional development. In 2006, Pan Ocean initiated the development of the Ovade-Ogharefe Gas Rant (OOGP) with the objective to eliminate gas aring by gathering & compressing associated gas from adjacent ow station into domestic gas pipelines.

Pan Ocean'scontribution to the energy sector includes the Amukpe-Escravos pipeline (AEP). AEP is a 150 feet deep, 67km export pipeline guaranteed to provide an all year round transportation of 160,000 barrels per day of crude through Escravos terminal when it comes into full operation. Pan Ocean was awarded the then OPL275 (later converted to OML147) during the 2007 bid round. It completed exploration phase in March 2013 and achieved hydrocarbon facility test run in January 2019.
